In my world ‘comfort is king’ and there’s nothing worse than tugging at clothes that don’t fit correctly or feeling ‘sucked in like a sausage’. I like a ‘relaxed’ style and fit, sometimes it’s girly or sporty or even a little rock chic, but never corporate. Oh, and I’m partial to some colour 🙂
Lately I’ve shared a few of the new season dresses from the Adrift Plus Size line, like this Freedom Dress
and the Splendour Dress in blue
and let’s not forget this khaki delight, the Pearson Dress
But this is the one that stole my heart. I mean it’s blue (my fave colour), has fringing AND tassels and seriously, get a load of the print. Say ‘hi” to the Apache dress.
Would you look at how the background wall mimics the print in the dress, genius but a fluke on my behalf.
Oh, I teamed this poncho that I purchased from a local boutique with the dress and they are in love with each other. Look at the colour and the blanket stitching…love♥ This poncho is from Cotton on Broadway, you can find them on Facebook HERE.
The quality and sizing of the dresses I have received from the team at ADRIFT has been consistently good and there’s no ‘boring patterns that scream ‘fat girl’. Nope, you’ll only find stylish statement detailing that will make a gal feel fabulous. Way to go!
The shape of this dress will suit all body types but what I love is the print and detail placement, it sits a little lower and not ‘over’ my tummy. Neck ties act as a necklace and can draw the eye up or down depending on how you tie them. Arms sizing, necklines and wrist closures are all designed with curves in mind.
Sometimes it’s the little details that can make the biggest impact.
The team at ADRIFT are a generous bunch and are giving you all 20% off your purchase, just enter the discount code JEN20 at the checkout. It’s valid for one purchase only. What do you think…do you a favourite?
Til next time,

Thankyou Maggie, as soon as I spied the wrap I had to have it, such a classic colour combo 🙂
You look fabulous hun – I am a huge fan of Adrift and probably a third of my summer wardrobe is from them. I will be cheeky and use the voucher though as there a few gorgeous pieces I have my eye on. 😉 xx
Oh please do use the discount code Sonia, I’m tempted to use it myself 🙂
There is so much to love on the site and for so many sizes, bloody awesome x
I so love the various looks you make with dresses. Still not confident enough myself. My legs and ankles are still very still slim, but beyond that I’m a box, sigh. Dresses might be my next step…..
I’m loving the Splendour Dress!
